摘要
轨道交通装备作为我国高端装备产品的典型代表,正全面向数字化、智能制造新模式转型升级。以轨道交通装备制造中装配工艺设计和规划为研究对象,对模型定义下的轨道交通装备数字化工艺设计模式、过程、方法等进行了研究。分析了实体三维模型和轻量化三维模型在轨道交通装备的产品全生命周期活动的应用差异和传递过程;设计了轻量化三维模型与装配工艺在产品装配设计、装配工艺设计、装配仿真优化和装配现场指导4个阶段中的应用流程;建立了面向轨道交通装备产品装配现场的三维装配工艺规划与应用总体架构。通过实例验证了该方法和应用思路,为该方法在轨道交通装备企业的应用提供参考。
As a typical representative of high-end equipment products in China,rail transit equipment is transforming and upgrading to a new mode of digital and intelligent manufacturing.Taking the assembly process design and planning in rail transit equipment manufacturing as the research object,the digital process design mode,process and method of rail transit equipment under the model definition are studied.The application difference and transfer process of solid 3D model and lightweight 3D model in product life cycle activities of rail transit equipment are analyzed.The application flow of lightweight 3D model and assembly process in four stages of product assembly design,assembly process design,assembly simulatio n optimization and assembly site guidance is designed.The overall framework of 3D assembly process planning and application for rail transit equipment product assembly site is established.The method and application idea are verified by an example,which provides a reference for the application of this method in rail transit equipment enterprises.
