KNDy神经元的作用及其释放的神经肽在多囊卵巢综合征中的研究进展 被引量:2

Advances in study on role of KNDy neuron and KNDy neuron released neuropeptide in polycystic ovarian syndrome

摘要 自2007年发现KNDy神经元[吻素(kisspeptin)/神经激肽B (neurokinin B, NKB)/强啡肽(dynorphin, Dyn)]是下丘脑-垂体-性腺(hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal,HPG)轴的上游调控单位以来,KNDy神经元对生殖内分泌的调控一直是研究的热点。已有研究证实,KNDy神经元可调节吻素、NKB、Dyn这3种神经肽的自分泌及旁分泌,以此来调控促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin-releasing hormone,Gn RH)的释放脉冲频率,进而调节生殖功能及性激素的分泌,同时该神经元还接受来自性激素的负反馈。
