The Education Law( revised) of the People ’s Republic of China,2021 enacted by the Congress on April 29,2021 marks the latest achievements in constructing an educational legal system in China. The paper focuses on interpreting the laws’ characteristics,its significance and the future possibilities. The paper aims to help readers understand the updates of the newly-revised Law of Education,so as to better serve the nation’s educational reform and development.
