摘要
根据以往施工经验,钻孔爆破、扒渣、支护为竖井开挖单循环进尺主要作业工序,其中扒渣作业一般采用人工扒渣,是3项作业中工人劳动强度最大、安全隐患最多的工序。为降低工人劳动强度、提高扒渣效率,梅蓄电站引水竖井二次扩挖引入小型挖掘机进行机械扒渣作业,有效提高了竖井成井速度,降低工人劳动强度,为梅蓄电站按照目标节点完成起到了一定的促进作用。
According to past construction experience,borehole blasting,slag removal and support are the main working procedures of single-cycle footage feeding for shaft excavation.In general,slag removal is a process with the highest labor intensity and the most potential safety hazards among the three operations.In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the efficiency of slag picking,the secondary expansion of diversion shaft of Meixu Hydropower Station is introduced into small excavator to carry out mechanical slag picking operation,which effectively improves the speed of shaft completion and reduces the labor intensity of workers,and plays a certain role in promoting completion of Meixu Hydropower Station according to target node.
