摘要
为了解决非极性电缆绝缘材料表面油墨印字附着力低、极易脱落的难题,对激光打标技术在非极性电缆绝缘材料印字中的应用进行了研究。阐述了激光打标技术原理及设备选择,重点介绍了典型非极性电缆绝缘材料——交联聚乙烯绝缘材料紫外激光打标印字工艺验证情况,打标效果优异,印字清晰且牢固,未对绝缘的机械性能和电气性能造成影响。
In order to solve the problems of low adhesion and easy falling off of ink on the surface of non-polar cable insulation materials,the application of laser marking technology in the printing of non-polar cable insulation materials is studied.The principle and equipment selection of laser marking technology are elaborated.The verification of printing process with UV laser marking of typical non-polar cable insulation material—cross-linked polyethylene insulation material is introduced emphatically.The marking effect is excellent,the printing is clear and firm,and does not affect the mechanical and electrical properties of insulation.
