油气管道交流杂散电流腐蚀研究进展 被引量:17

Research advances in stray alternating current corrosion of oil and gas pipelines

摘要 系统综述了交流杂散电流对油气管道腐蚀速率、腐蚀电位、腐蚀形貌、阴极保护的影响及交流杂散电流腐蚀机理等方面的国内外研究进展。研究结果表明,交流干扰不仅会改变油气管道腐蚀电位、加速腐蚀及造成局部腐蚀,而且会使油气管道阴极保护电位发生偏移及在保护电位满足标准要求的情况下发生腐蚀。同时,腐蚀介质环境也对油气管道交流杂散电流腐蚀行为具有重要影响。由于交流腐蚀的影响因素众多,目前提出的各种交流杂散电流腐蚀机理虽然能解释部分腐蚀现象,但仍存在较多问题,进一步展望了交流杂散电流腐蚀的未来重点研究方向。 This paper systematically reviews the domestic and foreign research advances in the impacts of stray alternating current(AC) on the corrosion rate, corrosion potential, corrosion morphology and cathodic protection of oil and gas pipelines, as well as the mechanism of stray AC corrosion. The research shows that AC interference will not only change the corrosion potential of oil and gas pipelines, accelerate corrosion and cause local corrosion, but also cause the cathodic protection potential of oil and gas pipelines to shift;corrosion will occur when the protection potential meets the standard requirements. Moreover, the environment of corrosive medium also has an important influence on the stray AC corrosion of oil and gas pipelines. Due to the numerous influencing factors of AC corrosion, although various mechanisms proposed for stray AC corrosion can explain part of the corrosion phenomena, there are still many problems. Finally, this paper looks forward to the key research directions of stray AC corrosion in the future.
