摘要
无组织空气渗透易导致建筑物热量流失、能耗增加等问题,普遍存在于大型商业综合体中。通过现场实测与调研,探究运行阶段空气渗透对建筑物室内热环境的影响,结果显示改善各出入口门厅阻风情况,调整餐饮商铺设备运行现状,以及适当设计错层通高中庭,有助于改善空气渗透问题。
The issue of unorganized air infiltration is commonly found in large commercial complexes, which causes problems such as heat loss and increased energy consumption. This study investigates the impact of air infiltration on the indoor thermal environment of buildings during the operational phase by onsite measurements and surveys. Based on the results of the tests and surveys, it is found that improving the air barrier in the entrance foyer, improving the operational status of the restaurant and designing a staggered height atrium will help to improve the air infiltration problem.
