Objective:To analyze the effect of single lumen and double lumen drainage tube in percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage(PTGBD)under ultrasound guidance. Methods:From August 2018 to September 2020,78 patients with acute cholecystitis treated by ultrasound-guided PTGBD were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single lumen drainage tube. The experimental group was treated with double lumen drainage tube.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Results:In the experimental group, the total drainage volume within 72 hours after catheterization was higher than that in the control group, and the hospital stay after operation was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group, the recovery rates of body temperature, gastrointestinal function and leukocyte count within 72 hours after catheterization were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When implementing PTGBD catheter drainage under ultrasound guidance, the double cavity drainage tube can increase the drainage flow, shorten the hospital stay, promote the recovery of patients, reduce postoperative complications and improve the treatment effect.
