摘要
目的:研究PCR技术在水体微生物检测中的应用。方法:研究2020年9-12月饮用水水样200份,随机分为两组,各100份。观察组采取PCR技术方式;对照组采取滤膜法检测方式。比较两组水样的不合格率、菌落总数、总大肠杆菌群及耐热大肠菌群不合格率。结果:观察组检测水样的不合格率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组检测出菌落总数、总大肠杆菌群及耐热大肠菌群不合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCR技术在水体微生物检测中具有显著的应用价值,在分子水平上实施环境微生物结构分析以及多样性分析,能提供有利依据,具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective:To study the application of PCR technology in the detection of microorganisms in water.Methods:To study 200 drinking water samples from September to December 2020,and randomly divided them into the two groups with 100 samples in each group.The observation group adopted PCR technology.The control group adopted membrane filter detection method.The unqualified rate,total bacterial count,total coliform group and heat-resistant coliform group of the two groups were compared.Results:The unqualified rate of water samples in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The unqualified rates of the total number of colonies,total coliforms and heat-resistant coliforms detected in the observation group were all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PCR technology has significant application value in the detection of microorganisms in water.The structural analysis and diversity analysis of environmental microorganisms at the molecular level can provide a favorable basis and have a wide range of application prospects.
