摘要
西北狼毒(Stellera Chamaejasme L.)广泛分布于我国西北、华北,本实验的植物原料采自甘肃临洮一带.西北狼毒的化学成分,有过报导[1],曾分离得到一些中性内酯成份,还有人做过一些定性检验.1959,年黄文魁等从西北狼毒中分得一酚性成份,并确定其结构为狼毒素[2,3].最近我们又分得一新的酚性成份,经IR、UV、MS和NMR等方法测定为7-甲氧基狼毒素.该化合物未见文献报导.由于狼毒素与7-甲氧基狼毒素化学结构相似,且含量低(约为干狼毒根重的0.15%),曾用化学法、重结晶法及柱层层析分离,都未能奏效.本文用化学法结合薄层层析和重结晶法分离得到.
The authors of the present paper extracted the precipitates of the acidified solution resulted from the diluted alkaline solution soaked the roots of Stellera Chamaejasme L, evaporated the extract, acetylated the residue, hydrolyzed the acetylated product, separated the resulted substance by TLC and obtained a phenolic composition. The authors determined this composition by IR, UV, MS and NMR and defined its structure as 7-methoxychamaejasmine.
