摘要
本文以矿山膏体填充为实例进行分析,基于均匀试验系统探讨了影响膏体充填材料性能的主要因素。统计结果后发现,在确定材料颗粒级配、温度、湿度指标下,质量浓度是塌落度、分层度机抗压强度的主要因素;在质量浓度等同时,伴随矿山内粉尘含量的增加,塌落度有增加趋势;膏体分层度大小和粉尘含量高度之间存在反比例关系;量浓度一定时,伴随胶结材料含量的增加,膏体的凝结时间有短缩趋势;随着质量浓度的上升,膏体泌水率有规律性的降低。
This paper takes the paste filling of mine as an example to analyze,and discusses the main factors affecting the performance of paste filling materials based on uniform test system.The statistical results show that the mass concentration is the main factor of slump and compressive strength of delamination machine under the condition of determining the material particle size distribution,temperature and humidity;At the same time of mass concentration,with the increase of dust content in the mine,the slump tends to increase;There is an inverse proportional relationship between the size of paste stratification and the height of dust content;With the increase of cementitious material content,the setting time of paste tends to shorten when the cement content is constant;With the increase of mass concentration,the bleeding rate decreased regularly.
