摘要
滚压技术已较为广泛地应用于机械加工行业,以提高加工面表面质量。文章对汽轮机静子大件多种产品超精密加工面结构特点、技术要求进行深入分析,结合产品材质、加工方式、加工面形式,对滚压刀具进行合理匹配,通过试验成功运用于多台产品中,总结了1套完整的滚压技术应用经验。
Rolling technology has been widely used in the machining industry to improve the surface quality of the machined surface. The article conducts an in-depth analysis of the structural characteristics and technical requirements of the ultra-precision machining surface of various products of large steam turbine stators. Combining the product material, processing method, and processing surface form, the rolling cutter is reasonably matched, and it is successfully applied to multiple products through experiments and summed up a complete set of rolling technology application experience.
