面向区域管理的非点源污染负荷估算——以浙江省嵊州市为例 被引量:9

Estimation of non-point source pollution load for regional management:A case study of Shengzhou,Zhejiang Province

摘要 非点源污染对环境造成的影响正逐渐引起重视,高效识别其空间分布是解决非点源污染的首要问题.长三角地区的自然条件和发展强度决定了其具有较高的农业非点源污染风险.本文以浙江省嵊州市为案例区,基于改进的输出系数模型估算非点源污染负荷,在"地块-行政区划-流域分区"不同尺度上分析总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)的空间分布特征.主要结论如下:(1)地块尺度,TN高值区主要分布于山地丘陵大面积集中的林地和平原区输出系数最高的养殖地块,TP高值区也集中于养殖地块;(2)行政区划尺度,非点源污染负荷前五的情况为,TN负荷:崇仁镇>长乐镇>甘霖镇>三界镇>黄泽镇,TP负荷:崇仁镇>甘霖镇>三界镇>长乐镇>黄泽镇;(3)流域分区尺度,TN负荷高值区以长乐江下游和曹娥江干流最为集中,TP负荷高值区分布在长乐江下游. The impact of non-point source pollution(NPS)on the environment is attracting more and more attention.Effectively identifying the spatial distribution of NPS is primary to solve the problem of non-point source pollution.There is a high risk of agricultural NPS due to the physical environment and development intensity of the Yangtze River Delta region.Taking Shengzhou City of Zhejiang Province as a case study site,this study assessed the NPS load based on the improved output coefficient model,and analyzed the spatial distribution patterns of total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)at various scales of"land parcel-administrative division-watershed division".The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of the land parcel,the areas with high TN value are mainly distributed on the large-area woodlands located in the mountainous and hilly areas and the farming land with the highest output coefficient in the plain area.The areas with high TP value are also concentrated in the farming land.(2)In terms of administrative area,the top five areas of NPS load are as follows,TN load:Chongren Town>Changle Town>Ganlin Town>Sanjie Town>Huangze Town,TP load:Chongren Town>Ganlin Town>Sanjie Town>Changle Town>Huangze Town.(3)In terms of watershed division,the areas with high TN value are concentrated in the lower reaches of Changle River and the main stream of Cao′e River,while the areas with high TP value are distributed in the lower reaches of Changle River.
