摘要
光声成像结合了光学和超声成像的特点,是生命科学领域一种新型的成像技术。分析光声成像实验平台的原理和组成,介绍了该平台用于教学实验的内容和方法。该系统可用来开展超声成像、光纤光路设计、高速信号采集、医学图像重建算法、虚拟仪器软件设计等工程实验。同时,可以用来开展组织器官、血流、血氧成像和纳米药物体内代谢及疗效评估等综合性生物医学实验。
Photoacoustic imaging(PAI)is a new imaging technology in life science research,which combines the characteristics of optical and ultrasonic imaging.This paper introduced the principle and composition of PAI scientific experiment exploration platform in detail,and analyzed the contents and methods of the present platform used in teaching experiments.This platform was used for ultrasonic imaging,optical fiber path design,high-speed signal acquisition,medical image reconstruction algorithm,virtual instrument software design and other engineering experiments.Moreover,several comprehensive biomedical experiments,such as tissue and organ imaging,blood flow,blood oxygen imaging and in vivo metabolism and efficacy evaluation of nano drugs,could be carried out by this present platform.
