摘要
在新时期,为了能够进一步加强医疗卫生体系的建设质量,保护患者的生命健康,必须加强医院服务质量管理,全面落实安全建设的要求,提高医院服务质量管理工作的质量和工作水平,以此推动医疗机构的整体医疗水平和服务质量全面提升。医保支付模式是我国医疗保险中的重要环节,也是完善当今“看病难”“看病贵”问题的主要方式,项目付费在医疗保障支付模式中是具有重要地位的项目。但是,按项目付费难以有效制约医生的道德风险和控制费用,这方面的争议长期以来存在在医保问题处理上。为防止乱收费情况发生,以实施“按病种付费”方式,保证管理科学化,规范医疗行为,提升医疗服务质量。文章主要分析按病种付费对医疗服务行为产生的影响。
In the new era,in order to further strengthen the construction quality of medical and health system,protect the patient’s life and health,it must strengthen the hospital service quality management,full implementation of the safety of the construction of the requirements,improve the service quality management of hospital quality and level of work,in order to promote the health level of the medical institutions and improve service quality.The mode of medical insurance payment is an important link in China’s medical insurance,and also the main way to improve the problem of“difficult to see a doctor”and“expensive to see a doctor”.Project payment is an important item in the mode of medical security payment.However,pay according to the priject is not an effective way to curb doctors’moral hazard and control costs,which have long been controversial issues in healthcare.In order to prevent the occurrence of arbitrary charges,the implementation of the“payment according to disease”method ensures scientific management,standardizes medical behavior,and improves the quality of medical services.This article mainly analyzes the impact of payment by disease on medical service behavior.
