摘要
目的:观察接骨散外敷辅助治疗桡骨远端骨折患者的效果。方法:选取86例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。两组均采用切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,在此基础上,对照组进行腕功能康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用接骨散外敷治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、腕关节活动度、腕关节功能(Cooney腕关节评分表)评分和并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,腕关节掌屈、背伸、桡屈、尺屈活动度和Cooney腕关节评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为11.63%(5/43),低于对照组的32.56%(14/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腕功能康复训练基础上采用接骨散外敷辅助治疗桡骨远端骨折患者可降低疼痛评分和并发症发生率,提高腕关节活动度和Cooney腕关节评分,效果优于单纯腕功能康复训练。
Objective:To observe effects of external application of Jiegu San in treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods:86 patients with distal radius fractures were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate.On this basis,the control group received wrist function rehabilitation training,while the observation group received external application of Jiegu San on the basis of that of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the wrist range of motion score,the Cooney wrist function score,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the ranges of motion of palmar flexion,dorsal extension,radial flexion,ulnar flexion of wrist joint and the Cooney wrist function score were all higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.63%(5/43),which was lower than 32.56%(14/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of wrist function rehabilitation training,the external application of Jiegu San in the adjuvant treatment of the patients with distal radius fractures can reduce the pain score and complication rate,as well as improve the wrist range of motion and the Cooney wrist function score.Moreover,it is superior to single wrist function rehabilitation training.
