摘要
为了加强我国一流高校建设,提升高校科研效率,文章选取32所世界一流建设高校,通过DEA-fsQCA模型进行实证分析,探讨一流高校科研效率提升的路径,并在此基础上提了保障性建议。研究发现,提升我国一流高校科研效率的路径选择有共同性和差异性。开展科研国际合作是一流建设高校的共同路径;而基础学科优势高校倾向选择加大政府经费资助的路径,应用学科优势高校倾向选择拓展社会经费资助与扩大研究生规模相结合的路径;一流高校建设背景下部分高校更倾向于选择加强业务经费配置的路径。
In order to strengthen the construction of China’s first-class universities and improve the efficiency of scientific research in universities, this paper selects 32 world-class construction universities, carries out empirical analysis through the DEA-fsQCA model, discusses the path to improve the scientific research efficiency of first-class universities, and puts forward some supporting suggestions.It is found that there are similarities and differences in the path selection to improve the scientific research efficiency of China’s first-class universities. International cooperation in scientific research is the common path for the first-class construction of colleges and universities;universities with advantages in basic disciplines tend to choose the path of increasing government funding;and universities with applied disciplines advantages tend to choose the path of combining expanding social funding with expanding the scale of graduate students;under the background of the construction of first-class universities, some colleges and universities tend to choose the path of strengthening the allocation of business funds.
