摘要
大学科技园与众创空间共同推动创业团队成长和区域企业孵化。以大学科技园和众创空间互为影响环境,选取114家国家大学科技园和1819家国家备案众创空间统计数据,运用三阶段DEA模型,测度大学科技园和众创空间孵化环境影响及技术效率差异。调整前后,国家备案众创空间技术效率均值上升,而国家大学科技园技术效率均值下降。环境变量影响结果表明,国家大学科技园当年新孵企业数量增加,并未降低众创空间创业团队投资及人员冗余,而孵化面积和管理机构人员增加,有利于减少创业团队人员冗余。众创空间新注册企业数量增加,对大学科技园孵化基金总额影响较小,众创空间与大学科技园形成接续孵化链。
University science parks and mass maker spaces work together to promote the growth of entrepreneurial teams and the incubation of regional businesses.This essay,using university science parks and mass maker spaces as mutual influence environments,applies statistical data from 114 national university science parks and 1819 national mass maker spaces and measures the environmental impact of incubation and technical efficiency differences between university science parks and mass maker spaces by using a three-stage DEA model.Before and after the adjustment,the average technical efficiency of the national mass maker spaces increased,while the average technical efficiency of the national university science parks decreased.The results of the influence of environment variables show that the increase in the number of newly incubated companies in the year in the national university science parks not reduce the investment and staff redundancy of the entrepreneurial team in the mass maker space,while the increase in the incubation area and the staff of the management organization help to reduce the staff redundancy of the entrepreneurial team.The increase in the number of new registrations in mass maker spaces has impacted less on the total university science park incubation fund and has facilitated the formation of a succession of incubation chains between mass maker spaces and university science parks.
