摘要
省际高等教育财政投入关联与空间分布特征对于活化区域间高等教育系统、改善地区间高等教育发展不均衡、缩小高校竞争力差距和高等教育结构调整具有重要作用。文章基于复杂网络理论,研究了省际高等教育财政投入网络的小世界特征与无标度属性,分析了基于高等教育财政投入规模的权重网络中心度特征,并构建了基于空间距离、高等教育财政投入规模、经济、高校竞争力与学生规模的改进重力模型的高等教育财政投入测度模型,构建预期省际高等教育财政投入有向网络,利用社会网络分析方法,探究网络的中心性、凝聚性、结构洞及小世界特征。
The connection and spatial features of fiscal input in higher education among provinces play an important role in the activation of regional higher education system,ameliorating the non-equilibrium of higher education development among regions,narrowing the differences of competitiveness of universities and colleges and adjusting the structure of higher education.Based on complex network theory,the research explores the small world and scale-free features of network of higher education fiscal input among provinces,analyses the centrality features of weight network of fiscal input of higher education,constructs the measurement model of fiscal input of higher education based on the improved gravity model with factors of spatial distance,fiscal input of higher education,economy,competitiveness of universities and colleges and numbers of students,establishes directed network of expectation provincial fiscal input of higher education,and makes use of social network analysis method to probe into the features of centrality,clustering,structural holes and small world of expected directed network of fiscal input of higher education.
