摘要
对针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)的应用现状进行了分析,并着重探讨了针灸治疗PTN的选穴规律、治疗方案以及存在的分歧,认为针灸治疗PTN是有效的,但针灸取穴方法以及治疗方案多样化,如何选择最佳针灸治疗方案以及如何处理分歧仍有待进一步临床研究提供可靠证据。
This paper analyzes the current situation of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN), and emphatically discusses the rules of point selection, treatment scheme and existing differences of acupuncture and moxibustion for PTN. It is considered that acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of PTN,but the point selection methods and treatment scheme are diversified. How to choose the best acupuncture treatment scheme and how to deal with the differences still require further clinical research to provide reliable evidence.
