摘要
锆合金具有优良的核性能、抗腐蚀性能和机械性能,其在核电、军工、医疗等方面用处广泛。但随着我国综合实力的不断提高,对锆合金的需求量越来越大,传统方法制备的锆合金已经不能满足人们进步的需求。熔盐电解法作为一种新型的合金制备工艺,因其与传统合金制备工艺相比有着反应进程容易控制、产物成分均匀、成本较低、清洁环保等优点而得到广泛关注。本文对熔盐电解法制备锆合金的四类工艺电解共沉积、阴极合金化及液态阴极工艺、FFC工艺、SOM工艺的研究进展进行了概述,对这四类工艺的控制因素和优缺点进行了论述。
Since zirconium alloy having excellent nuclear properties,mechanical properties,and corrosion resistance,which is useful extensively in nuclear power,military,medical,and other.However,with the continuous improvement of my country's comprehensive strength,the demand for zirconium alloys is increasing,and the zirconium alloys prepared by traditional methods can no longer meet people's progressive needs.As a new type of alloy preparation process,molten salt electrolysis has attracted wide attention because of its advantages of easy reaction process control,uniform product composition,low cost,clean and environmental protection,etc.compared with traditional alloy preparation processes.In this paper,the research progress of electrolytic co-deposition,cathode alloying,liquid cathode technology,FFC technology,and SOM technology for the preparation of zirconium alloy by molten salt electrolysis is summarized,and the control factors,advantages and disadvantages of these four technologies are discussed.
