摘要
针对陕西安康地区岩浆岩钒钛磁铁矿,其含量为TFe 20.90%、TiO27.67%,钛磁铁矿TFe理论品位仅为52.44%,钛铁矿TiO_(2)理论品位为47.83%。矿石组成复杂,金属矿物主要为钛磁铁矿和钛铁矿,脉石矿物主要为绿泥石、斜长石、辉石和角闪石。针对矿石性质,采用两段阶段磨选选铁-强磁浮选选钛工艺流程可有效富集回收矿石中的铁、钛金属,获得铁精矿和钛精矿。最终获得铁精矿产率为12.35%,TFe品位为50.18%,TFe回收率为29.37%;钛精矿产率为6.38%,TiO_(2)品位45.34%,对原矿TiO_(2)回收率为38.31%,较好的实现了铁、钛的回收。
Content of vanadium titanomagnetite in Ankang area of Shaanxi Province is 20.90% TFe and 7.67% TiO_(2).The theoretical grade of titanomagnetite is only 52.44% and that of ilmenite is 47.83%.The ore composition is complex,metal minerals are mainly titanomagnetite and ilmenite,gangue minerals are chlorite,plagioclase,pyroxene and hornblende.According to the characteristics of the ore,the two-stage grinding separation iron magnetic flotation titanium separation process can effectively enrich and recover iron and titanium metals in the ore,and obtain iron and titanium concentrate.Finally,the yield of iron concentrate is 12.35%,TFe grade is 50.18%,TFe recovery rate is 29.37%;titanium concentrate yield is 6.38%,TiO_(2) grade is 45.34%,and TiO_(2) recovery rate of raw ore is 38.31%.
