摘要
2019年教育部正式启动基础学科拔尖学生培养计划(简称“拔尖计划2.0”),之后持续优化培养模式,形成具有中国特色、世界水平的拔尖创新人才培养体系,成为当前高等教育拔尖人才培养研究的核心问题。文章在系统总结和分析国外拔尖人才培养模式基本要素特点及内涵的基础上,提出了当前我国拔尖创新人才培养模式研究过程中需要注意的问题以及进一步优化的主要途径和思路方法,为推进基础学科拔尖人才基地建设提供参考建议。
Since the Training Plan for Top-notch students in fundamental disciplines has been launched from 2019,one of the key issues in the current research on top-notch talents cultivation in higher education is how to continuously optimize the training mode to constitute a top-notch innovative talent training system with Chinese characteristics and world-level performance.Based on the systematic summary and analysis of the characteristics and connotation of the basic elements of top-notch talent training mode in foreign countries,this paper puts forward the problems that need to be paid attention to in the current research process of top-notch innovative talent training mode in China and the main paths and ideas of further optimization.This study provides reference suggestions for promoting the construction of top-notch talents base in basic disciplines.
