摘要
古黄河与长江均曾在黄海西南部入海。长河带来的巨量沉积物辐聚于盐城滨海滩涂,形成了巨大的辐射沙脊群和众多沙洲。黄海生态区潮间带滩涂是东亚-澳大利西亚迁飞区(East Asia-Australasia Flyway,EAAF)数百万水鸟迁飞的必经地带,也是重要的鸟类栖息地、繁殖地、越冬地、停歇地。因其生境的重要性,盐城滨海湿地的部分区域被列入世界自然遗产,成为我国第一个滨海湿地类自然遗产。面向鸟类生境的自然遗产地保护与社区的协调发展成为当前的主要议题。以江苏省盐城滨海湿地为例,基于文献分析、野外考察、社区访谈与问卷调查等方法,提出了政府-景区-社区有效联动的生态旅游发展模式。通过深入剖析该区域旅游发展存在的问题、矛盾与机遇等,探寻实现滨海湿地有效保护与生态旅游和谐发展的共生互促方式,将保护区的绿水青山转变为周边社区居民的金山银山,从而实现旅游、经济、社会、环境的可持续发展,为生态文明建设贡献力量。
Both the abandoned Yellow River and the Yangtze River once entered the sea in the southwest of the Yellow Sea.Huge amounts of sediments brought by the river converged in the coastal shoal of Yancheng,forming a huge group of radiant sand ridges and numerous sand bars.The intertidal tidal flat of the Yellow Sea ecozone is the necessary route for millions of waterfowl to migrate through in the East Asia-Australasia Flyway(EAAF),which is also an important bird habitat,breeding ground,wintering ground and resting place.Due to the importance of this habitat,some areas of Yancheng coastal wetland have been listed as world natural heritages,making it the first coastal wetland natural heritage in China.The conservation of natural heritage sites for bird habitats and the coordinated development of communities have become the main issues at present.Taking coastal wetlands of Yancheng as an example,we put forward an interconnected ecotourism development model among the government,tourism sites and communities based on literature analysis,field investigation,community interview and questionnaire surveys.Through in-depth analysis of the existing problems,contradiction and opportunities in the development of tourism in this region,we explore how to achieve the coexistence and mutual promotion of coastal wetland protection and tourism development,to transform the clear water and green mountains of the reserve into the gold and silver mountains of the surrounding communities so as to realize the ecological tourism,economy,society,environment and ecology civilization.
