摘要
在近几年电火花加工的高速化和智能化的趋势下,电火花加工领域对电极丝的使用提出了更高的技术需求。而目前国内生产的快走丝线切割机床的技术存在一些问题,为了解决这些难题,提高快走丝的进给量,实现快速高效的切割效果,本文围绕“快走丝电火花线切割机床的技术改进”进行研究与阐述。
In recent years,with the trend of high speed and intelligence of EDM,the field of EDM put forward higher technical needs for the use of electrode wire.There are some problems in the technology of fast wire cutting machine tool that is produced in our country.For solving these problems,increasing the feed rate of fast wire walking,realizing fast and efficient cutting technology,the paper studies and illustrates the technical improvement of fast wire EDM machine tool.
