摘要
目的:构建卒中中心护士胜任力评价指标体系,为卒中中心护士的选拔、培养和绩效评估等提供参考依据。方法:以胜任力理论为指导,通过国内外文献分析、半结构式访谈和小组讨论设置卒中中心护士的评价指标项目池,经2轮德尔菲专家咨询确定指标体系的内容。结果:2轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率分别为93.8%和100%,专家权威系数为0.873和0.927,肯德尔协调系数为0.196和0.149(P<0.01)。最终构建的评价指标体系包含4项一级指标(理论知识、操作技能、综合能力、个人特质与动机)、14项二级指标和79项三级指标。结论:构建的卒中中心护士胜任力评价指标体系科学、规范、合理、全面,对卒中中心的护士选拔、培训和管理有指导意义。
Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for competence of nurses in stroke centers in China,so as to provide theoretical basis for selection,training and performance evaluation of nurses in stroke centers.Methods:Based on the competency theory,literature analysis,semi-structured interviews and group discussions were used to set up the evaluation index entry pool for nurses in stroke centers,and Delphi technique was used to consult experts for two rounds to determine the content of the index system finally.Results:The valid questionnaire rates in two rounds of expert consultation were 93.8%and 100%respectively.The average expert authority coefficients were 0.873 and 0.927,and the Kendall’s W coefficients were 0.196 and 0.149,respectively(P<0.01).The final competency evaluation index system for nurses in stroke centers contained 4 first-level indexes(theoretical knowledge,operational skills,comprehensive abilities,personal traits and motivations),14 secondary-level indexes and 79 tertiary-level indexes.Conclusion:The competency evaluation index system of nurses in stroke centers we developed is scientific,standardized,reasonable and comprehensive.It has guiding significance for nurse selection,training and management in stroke centers.
