摘要
中国自由贸易试验区是为应对当前国际经贸形势剧变与国际经贸规则重构推出的战略措施,对标国际经贸规则变化新趋势分类分批展开系统化协同改革与差异化探索试验,取得显著成绩。当前为因应中美博弈加剧、科技竞争日益激烈、全球治理区域化与碎片化趋势,我国自由贸易试验区应当加快转型升级,打造一批特色自由贸易港和自由贸易区,构建高水平开放型经济体制,加快国内国际双循环发展格局的形成。
China’s Pilot Free Trade Zone is a strategic measure to cope with the dramatic changes in the current international economic and trade situation and the reconstruction of international economic and trade rules. China’s pilot free trade zone has carried out systematic and coordinated reforms and differentiated exploration experiments in batches against new trends in international economic and trade rules, and has achieved remarkable results. In response to the intensified Sino-US game, increasingly fierce technological competition, regionalization and fragmentation of global governance, China’s pilot free trade zones should accelerate transformation and upgrading, create a number of characteristic free ports and free trade zones, build a highlevel open economic system, and accelerate the formation of a domestic and international dual-cycle development pattern.
