摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)检测矿泉水中锂、铬、锰、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、锶、银、镉、锡、锑、钡、汞和铅16种矿物元素的方法,对六安市大华山地区地下天然矿泉水的矿物元素含量进行了检测分析,并对6组市售主要品牌瓶装饮用水的矿物元素含量进行检测比较。该方法快速便捷、灵敏度高、重复性好,被测元素的测定低限为0.005~0.078μg/L,线性范围内相关系数均>0.999,相对标准偏差为2.1%~6.6%,加标回收率为92.0%~118.1%。研究结果表明,六安市大华山天然矿泉水的16种矿物元素含量均符合国家饮用天然矿泉水卫生标准,且富含有益健康的Sr及其他矿物元素。
A method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was developed for the evaluation of Li,Cr,Mn,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr,Ag,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ba,Hg and Pb in natural mineral water.The detection limits were 0.005~0.078μg/L.The linear correlation coefficients were not less than 0.999.The relative standard deviations and average recoveries ranged from 2.1%to 6.6%and 92.0%to 118.1%,respectively.Both of bottled waters and natural mineral water of Dahuashan in West Anhui were comprehensively investigated using the established method,which can be valuable for natural mineral water resource protection and utilization,and can also be helpful in quality control and safety evaluation.
