摘要
以细菌纤维素(BC)为骨架材料吸附相变材料十八烷,采用真空浸渍法制备了BC/十八烷相变复合膜,将其与吸湿发热织物复合制备出吸湿发热相变复合织物。通过扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪对BC/十八烷相变复合膜的结构和性能进行表征,并测试了吸湿发热相变复合织物的吸湿发热及升降温性能。结果表明:BC/十八烷相变复合膜的熔融峰温度为31.6℃,熔融热焓值为107.6J/g,相变材料的吸收率可达49.6%;吸湿发热相变复合织物1h内最高升温值可达7.6℃,平均升温值达2.4℃,具有良好的自发热效果。
Bacterial cellulose was used as the framework material to adsorb the phase change material noctadecane,and the BC/n-octadecane composite phase change materials were prepared using a vacuum impregnation method.Compounding BC/n-octadecane film with moisture absorbtion and heat-generating fabric to prepare composite fabric.The structure and properties of the BC/octadecane composite film were characterized by the scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)and differential thermal scanning calorimeter(DSC).The properties of moisture absorbtion and heat generating,temperature-rise of the composite fabric were tested.The results shown that the melting peak temperature of the composite film was 31.6℃,the melting enthalpy was 107.6 J/g,and the adsorption rate of the phase change material can reach 49.6%.Moisture absorbtion and heatgenerating,temperature-rise and other tests results shown that the maximum temperature-rise value of the composite fabric can reach 7.6℃ within 1 hour and the average temperature-rise value reached 2.4℃,representing agood selfheating effect.
