摘要
主要论述了固体火箭发动机碳/碳(C/C)复合材料喷管喉衬的成型工艺。选用T300-10K的碳纤维丝束和直径为1mm的碳棒作为原材料,编织工具采用金属材质且涂有抗氧化层的上盖板,下底板以及插棒板等,进行人工编织C/C喉衬的预制体,按0°、120°、240°三个方向编完一个循环,将碳纤维丝束向下底板压实,依次累积,直到碳纤维丝束达到所需厚度。然后采用化学气相沉积(CVI/CVD)沉积碳基体填充到预制体的孔隙中,再利用沥青加压浸渍沉积碳基体,采用多种工艺相结合的方法最后在常压浸渍沥青得到高密度的C/C复合材料。将机加工制得的C/C复合材料喉衬毛胚件进行石墨化处理,提高其耐高温性能,最后在喉衬表面涂上抗氧化涂层得到高性能的C/C复合材料喉衬产品。
The forming technology of solid rocket motor C/C composite nozzle throat liner was mainly discussed.T300-10 kcarbon fiber tow and 1 mm diameter carbon rod were used as raw materials,the upper cover plate,lower bottom plate and insert plate of metal material coated with anti-oxidation layer were used as knitting tools,and the preform of C/C throat liner was made artificially,the carbon fiber bundles were compacted to the bottom plate in a cycle in the directions of 0°,120°and 240°until they reached the desired thickness.The carbon matrix was then filled into the pores of the preform by Chemical vapor deposition deposition,and then the carbon matrix was deposited by pressure impregnation with pitch.The high density C/C composites were finally prepared by impregnating asphalt at atmospheric pressure using a combination of various processes.The raw material of C/C composite throat liner was graphitized to improve its high temperature resistance.Finally,the high performance C/C composite throat liner was obtained by coating the surface of throat liner with anti-oxidation coating.
