摘要
针对现有带式输送机的驱动系统存在效率不高和安装不方便等问题,采用外转子永磁同步电机,通过直接转矩控制,设计出一种永磁电滚筒传动装置,提高了带式输送机的传动效率,安装便利。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and inconvenient installation in the driving system of the existing belt conveyor, an external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor is used to design a permanent magnet electric roller transmission device through direct torque control. The design improves the transmission efficiency of the belt conveyor and the convenience of installation.
