摘要
当代知名文献学家、北京大学信息管理系教授王余光,系全民阅读推广名师之一。多年来,他积极倡导中华文化经典阅读,在全民阅读推广活动中独树一帜,对当代高校图书馆及公共图书馆的经典阅读推广有着重要影响力。此文集中探讨其经典阅读观的形成路径及人文内涵,在现当代中国社会发生重大转型的时代背景下,强调中华文化经典阅读的重要意义,明确中国人该读哪些经典,以及图书馆工作者如何推广经典阅读等,对于以经典阅读建构现当代人文精神,以经典教育传承中华传统文化理念,从而建构民族文化自信,深耕全民阅读,有着非常重要的文教价值和现实意义。
Dr.Wang Yuguang is a professor in the Department of Information Management at Peking University,who is widely known not only as a philologist but also as a famous scholar in the research field of national reading promotion in China.He advocates reading Chinese classic literatures,which is very helpful for the classic reading promotion in university library and public library.Prof.Wang has recognized the seriousness of the cultural inheritance problem we are facing,just like one hundred years ago.Giving an insight into his thoughts about Chinese classic reading,he insists on that reading Chinese classics and promoting classic education is an effective way for Chinese people to strengthen cultural identity.For readers,he made many classic literature booklists.For librarians,he recommended strategies to promote classic reading.Classic reading promoting is very significant to rebuild cultural confidence and improve nationwide reading movement.
