摘要
针对饰面石材荒料率统计过程中存在的问题,通过对比分析及研究,根据节理统计面内节理与荒料的空间关系,研发了饰面石材荒料率统计三维建模软件。该三维建模软件能大幅提高统计结果的准确性及直观性;通过设定不同规格的荒料组合,可对不同荒料规格下的荒料率进行横向对比;可根据统计节理的产状,模拟计算最优锯切方位,提高实际生产的荒料率,对矿产勘查评价饰面石材荒料率和指导石材企业生产具有显著现实意义。
Aiming at the problems existing in the process of block rate statistics of facing stone materials,through a series of comparative analysis and research,according to the spatial position relationship between joints and blocks in the joint statistical plane,a three-dimensional modeling software of block rate statistics of facing stone materials was developed.The 3 d modeling software can greatly improve the accuracy and intuitiveness of statistical results.By setting the block combination of different specifications,the block rate under different specifications can be compared horizontally.According to the statistics of joint occurrence,the optimal sawn direction can be simulated and calculated to improve the block rate of actual production,which has significant practical significance for mineral exploration and evaluation of the block rate of facing stone and guiding the production of stone enterprises.
