摘要
目的对口腔科临床实习生带教中应用案例式PBL教学模式的效果进行探究。方法该次研究时间范围2019年8月—2020年10月,对58名此期间在该院口腔科进行实习的实习生按随机数字表法分为研究组(29名),对照组(29名),分别实施常规教学与案例式PBL教学模式实习生分别纳入对照组、研究组,对比两组实习生教学效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组实习生理论知识考核成绩、临床技能操作考核成绩较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组实习生观察能力、应急能力、适应能力、思维能力、沟通能力评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组实习生对教学行为、教学方法、带教能力、业务能力满意度评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生知识掌握度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组分析能力、应变能力、处理能力、协调能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组实习生发言次数、提问次数、自学时间、查阅资料时间较多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例式PBL教学模式可提高口腔科实习生综合能力与专科水平,为将来临床工奠定坚实基础。
Objective To explore the effect of the case-based PBL teaching model in the teaching of dental clinical interns.Methods The study time range was August 2019 to October 2020.According to the random table method,58 interns who were internships in the department of stomatology of the hospital during this period were divided into the study group(29 cases)and the control group(29 cases),the interns who implemented the conventional teaching and case-based PBL teaching modes were included in the control group and the study group respectively,and the teaching effects of the two groups of interns were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group interns had higher scores in the assessment of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the interns in the study group scored were higher in observation ability,emergency response ability,adaptability,thinking ability,and communication ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the interns in the study group had higher scores of satisfaction with teaching behavior,teaching methods,teaching ability,and professional ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge mastery of nursing students in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the analysis ability,adaptability,processing ability,and coordination ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the interns in the study group spoke more times,asked questions,time for self-study,and time for accessing data.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based PBL teaching model can improve the comprehensive ability and specialty level of dental interns,and lay a solid foundation for clinical work in the future.
