摘要
本研究采用一体化污水处理装置处理重庆市某餐厨垃圾处理厂低浓度渗滤液,通过工程实际应用分析该装置处理效果,并对系统中投加的填料生物膜进行探究。研究结果表明,该系统化学需氧量(CODCr)去除率达90%,氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)去除率达88%,总氮(TN)去除率达75%,悬浮物(SS)去除率达96%,处理效果稳定,出水优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的三级标准;生物膜生长厚度适中,约为180 μm,生物膜微生物相丰富,对系统污染物去除起到一定强化作用。
In this study,an integrated sewage treatment device is used to treat low-concentration leachate from a kitchen waste treatment plant in Chongqing,the treatment effect of the device is analyzed through practical engineering applications,and the filler biofilm added in the system is explored.The research results show that the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) in the system is 90%,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen (NH_(4)^(+)-N) is 88%,and the removal rate of total nitrogen (TN) is 75%,the removal rate of suspended solids (SS) is 96%,the treatment effect is stable,and the effluent is better than the three-level standard in the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB 8978—1996);the growth thickness of the biofilm is moderate,about 180 μm,and the biofilm is rich in microbial phases,which can strengthen the removal of system pollutants to a certain extent.
