摘要
将有价金属从废旧锂离子电池中回收一直是研究的热点,回收废旧锂离子电池中的有价金属不仅可以使资源得到再利用,而且对环境有着重要意义。本文综述了将有价金属从废弃的锂离子电池中回收的相关技术,主要包括正极材料浸出阶段的生物淋滤法和化学浸出法及分离提纯阶段的化学沉淀法和溶剂萃取法。分析了目前废旧锂离子电池回收还存在的问题,并根据所存在的问题提出相应的解决办法,同时对废旧锂离子电池回收的技术进行了展望。
The recovery of valuable metals from spent lithium-ion batteries has always been a research hotspot.The recovery of valuable metals from spent lithium-ion batteries can not only reuse the resources,but also have great significance to the environment.In this paper,the related technologies of recovering valuable metals from spent lithium-ion batteries are reviewed,including bioleaching and chemical leaching in the leaching stage of cathode materials,and chemical precipitation and solvent extraction in the separation and purification stage.The existing problems in the recycling of waste lithium-ion batteries were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward according to the existing problems.At the same time,the recycling technology of waste lithium-ion batteries was prospected.
