摘要
目的观察益气养阴自拟方联合穴位贴敷和中药香囊治疗气阴两虚型变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效及远期复发情况。方法将2018年8月—2019年8月唐山市妇幼保健院诊治的120例气阴两虚型变应性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪分散片连续口服21 d;观察组首先采用益气养阴自拟方联合穴位贴敷连续治疗21 d,然后贴身佩戴中药香囊继续治疗21 d。治疗前和治疗21 d后分别记录2组患者鼻症状总分评分(TNSS)、鼻伴随症状总分表评分(TNNSS)、鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分、鼻腔分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)分布评分,检测血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平;治疗21 d后统计2组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生率;随访6个月,比较2组患者的复发率。结果治疗21 d后,2组患者TNSS评分、TNNSS评分、RQLQ评分、EOS分布评分及血清IgE水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组上述各指标均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%(54/60)和75.0%(45/60),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应总发生率分别为5.0%(3/60)和18.3%(11/60),复发率分别为7.4%(4/54)和22.5%(10/45),观察组均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论益气养阴自拟方联合穴位贴敷和中药香囊治疗气阴两虚型变应性鼻炎,近期能明显改善患者鼻部症状及伴随症状,提高患者生活质量,远期能降低复发率。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy and long-term recurrence of Yiqi Yangyin self-made Decoction combined with acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine sachet in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with syndrome of Qi-yin deficiency.Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed and treated in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets by oral administration for 21 d,the observation group was first treated with Yiqi Yangyin self-prepared Decoction combined with acupoint application for 21 d,and then put on a traditional Chinese medicine sachet next to the body to continue treatment for 21 d.Before treatment and 21 days after treatment,the total nasal symptom score(TNSS),the total nasal symptom score(TNNSS),the scores of rhinoconjunctivitis-related quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)and the nasal secretion eosinophils(EOS)distribution of the patients in both groupos were recorded,the level of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)was detected;after treatment for 21 days,the treatment effect and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were counted;the recurrence rates of the two groups was compared after follow-up for 6 months.Results After 21 days of treatment,the TNSS score,TNNSS score,RQLQ score,EOS distribution score,and the level of serum IgE in the two groups were significantly reduced(all P<0.05),and the above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.0%(54/60)and 75.0%(45/60),respectively,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 5.0%(3/60)and 18.3%(11/60),and the recurrence rate was 7.4%(4/54)and 22.5%(10/45),respectively,the observation group all were significantly lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin self-prepared Decoction combined with acupoint application and traditional Chinese medicine sachet can significantly improve the patient’s nasal symptoms and accompanying symptoms in the short term,improve the quality of life of the patients,and reduce the recurrence rate in the long term in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with syndrome of Qi-yin deficiency.
