摘要
采用稻草、玉米芯、玉米秸秆等农作物秸秆作为大球盖菇(Stropharia rugosoannulata)栽培料,研究6个不同栽培料配比处理对大球盖菇菌丝生长、出菇时间、产量的影响,筛选出大球盖菇的最佳栽培料配比。结果表明,采用50%稻草、50%玉米芯的配比大球盖菇产量最高,达11.88 kg/m^(2),生物学转化率为95.01%。
Using rice straw,corncob,corn straw as substratum,the effects of six different formulations ratio on mycelial growth,time of sporocarp appearance and yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata were studied to select the optimum formulations.The results indicated that with the ratio of 50%rice straw and 50%corncob,the yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata was the highest,reaching 11.88 kg/m^(2),and the biological transformation rate was 95.01%.
