数控机床辐射骚扰测试方法研究及整改应用

摘要 数控机床的普及应用以及大规模车间生产的现状,使机床的电磁兼容性问题日益突出。以某自动切削机为例,进行了空间电磁辐射骚扰特性测试方法的研究及应用。经对自动切削机设计进行分析,提出了整改方案。经试验,验证了整改方案的可行性、有效性和合理性。电磁辐射骚扰特性测试方法的研究为机电类产品的电磁兼容试验方法提供了基础理论支撑。整改方案的提出、验证及实施为数控机床电磁兼容性的设计提供了依据和经验,也为存在相似电磁兼容问题的数控机床提供了实例方案,对提高数控机床可靠性具有重要意义。 The popularization and application of NC machine tools and the status of large-scale workshop production make the electromagnetic compatibility problem of machine tools increasingly prominent.Taking an automatic cutting machine tool as an example,this paper studied the measurement method of space electromagnetic radiation disturbance characteristics and applied.After analyzing the design of automatic cutting machine tool,the rectification scheme was put forward.Through the test,the feasibility,effectiveness and rationality of the rectification scheme were verified.The research on the test method of electromagnetic radiation disturbance characteristics provides the basic theoretical support for the EMC test method of mechanical and electrical products.The proposal,verification and implementation of the rectification scheme provide the basis and experience for the EMC design of NC machine tools,and also provide an example scheme for NC machine tools with the same EMC problem,which is of great significance to improve the reliability of NC machine tools.
