摘要
以京滨铁路3标段上跨大北环铁路连续梁转体工程为例,介绍了连续梁转体系统组成与布置,分析了转体系统有限元模型。结果表明,对转体系统中上转盘、桥墩结合之处以及下转盘接触区域以外部位进行预应力钢束以及普通钢筋加密,可对结构应力的分配予以改善;撑脚和主梁悬臂端的位移绝对值均相差不大,符合刚体转动理论比值;同时提出转体系统安装精度控制的可靠措施,可为桥梁施工提供理论依据和实践指导。
Taking the continuous beam rotation project of section 3 over Dabei Ring Railway of Beijing Binhai railway as an example,combined with composition and layout of continuous beam swivel system,the swivel system is analyzed by finite element model.The results show that the distribution of structural stress can be improved by densifying the prestressed tendons and ordinary reinforcement at the junction of the upper turntable and pier and outside the contact area of the lower turntable in the swivel system;There is little difference between the displacement absolute value of the leg and the cantilever end of the main beam which is in accord with rigid body rotation theory;At the same time,the reliable measures of installation accuracy control of swivel system are put forward to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for bridge construction.
