摘要
为有效解决轨道交通TOD综合体交通组织的关键问题,实现立体零换乘的要求,创新研究了"交通核"换乘空间设计要点。首先,厘清并明确了多角度的交通核概念定义与计算方式;其次,指出了交通核在规划设计层面的交通流线复杂与空间组织立体的特点;最后,基于设计原则,按设置形式将交通核分为四大类并根据不同类别的特点创新提出各类交通核的设计要点,为后续轨道交通TOD综合体提供了不仅能够满足TOD "以人为本"的本质,同时具有明确象征性、集中性、导向性的交通核规划设计指引。
In order to solve the key issues of rail transit complex traffic organizations effectively and to achieve the requirements for stereoscopic transition, the design points of " Tranfer-Core " transfer space is studied innovatively. First, definition and calculation of the multi-angle traffic core concept is clarified, followed by the characteristics of the traffic flow line complex and space tissue of TranferCore lines in the planning design level. Finally, design points of the traffic core are proposed in the form of the four categories based on the design principle, and the design points of various types of Tranfer-Core are put forward according to the characteristics of different categories. For the subsequent rail traffic TOD complex, it provides not only the "people-oriented" essence of TOD, while having clear symbolic, concentrated, orientated Tranfer-Core planning design guidelines.
