摘要
合成立方氧化锆是一种具有高折射率、强色散、高硬度和稳定的物理化学性能的合成宝石。彩色合成立方氧化锆的颜色是在生长过程中加入不同的掺杂元素而形成的。采用宝石学基础测试、红外光谱仪、紫外可见吸收光谱和LA-ICP-MS对四组不同系列颜色的合成立方氧化锆谱学特征和致色元素进行研究分析。结果表明,蓝色系合成立方氧化锆由Co元素致色;在红色系中,红色和橘红色立方氧化锆是由Ce元素致色,粉色立方氧化锆由Er致色;在黄色系样品中,推测Fe元素和Pr元素是黄色调的致色元素;在绿色系样品中,推测橄榄绿色样品是由Cr和Fe共同致色。且不同颜色合成立方氧化锆的紫外荧光特征及紫外-可见光吸收光谱等性质均与致色元素的种类及含量有关。
Synthetic cubic zirconia is a synthetic gemstone with high refractive index,strong dispersion,high hardness and stable physical and chemical properties.The color of colored synthetic cubic zirconia is formed by adding different doping elements during the growth process.This paper uses basic gemological testing,infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and LA-ICP-MS to study and analyze the spectral characteristics and color-causing elements of four different series of colors of synthetic cubic zirconia.The results show that the blue system of synthetic cubic zirconia is colored by Co;in the red system,the red and orange cubic zirconia are colored by Ce,and the pink cubic zirconia is colored by Er;in the yellow system,Fe is speculated element and Pr are the color-causing elements with yellow tones;among the green samples,it is speculated that the olive-green samples are colored by Cr and Fe.In addition,the characteristics of ultraviolet fluorescence and ultraviolet-visible light absorption spectrum of synthetic cubic zirconia of different colors are related to the type and content of color-causing elements.
