摘要
TBM施工在国内已有20多年的历史,技术比较成熟,适用于15~25km中长距离、围岩状况较完整的中硬度岩石的隧洞工程,具有速度快、清洁环保、可有效降低隧洞施工对人体健康损害的优点,是未来长大深埋隧洞施工的首选工法。TBM施工及造价易受设备选型、围岩条件、渗漏水情况三方面因素的影响。设备选型可通过采购方案比选最大限度降低其对施工及造价的风险;TBM施工遭遇IV、V类围岩和渗漏水往往不可避免,而现阶段相关行业普遍对围岩类别变更、地下渗水量增加两个因素对造价影响的重视程度没有达到应有高度,招标文件相关条款约定普遍比较含糊,计价缺少定额的支持,不易计算准确,反映到招标控制价中容易偏低,在施工中易发生争议,且不好解决。文章对招标文件及控制价编制提出了建议。
With the development of my country's infrastructure construction,TBM has become more and more widely used in engineering fields such as hydraulic tunnels,railway tunnels and urban rail transit tunnels.TBM equipment is suitable for the construction of long and deep tunnels in medium-hard rock with a tunnel length of 15-25km and good surrounding rock conditions.Under suitable conditions,it has the characteristics of fast construction progress,low labor consumption,clean and environmental protection,etc.,and it is the preferred construction method for the construction of deep buried tunnels in the future.The construction cost of TBM is easily affected by three factors:equipment selection,surrounding rock conditions,and water leakage.Equipment can be selected through the comparison of procurement plans to minimize the construction cost risk.However,for changes in geological conditions,it is inevitable that TBM construction encounters class IV and V surrounding rock and seepage water.At present,water conservancy projects generally do not pay enough attention to the influence and attention of surrounding rock type change and underground water seepage increase on the cost.The relevant provisions in the bidding documents are generally vague,and the pricing lacks the support of quota,so it is not easy to calculate accurately and reflect it in the bidding control price.On the other hand,it is easy to have disputes in the actual construction and is not easy to solve.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the preparation of bidding documents and control price.
