摘要
针对紧急切断阀在长期运动过程中的动作寿命验证难题,本文结合紧急切断阀动作寿命测试验证方法,基于LabVIEW设计了紧急切断阀的测试验证系统;系统采用NI Compact DAQ硬件平台,以cDAQ-9138为主控制器、c系列可插拔式卡件作为采集和测试控制模块;采用LabVIEW开发测试控制、数据采集、状态监控与预警等功能,实现对紧急切断阀的动作寿命测试验证。
Aiming at the problem of valve action life verification in the process of long-term movement,combined with the valve action life test verification method,the test verification system of emergency shut-off valve is designed based on LabVIEW;The system adopts Ni compact DAQ hardware platform,with cdaq-9138 as the main controller and C series pluggable cards as the acquisition and test control module;LabVIEW is used to develop the functions of test control,data acquisition,status monitoring and early warning to realize the action life test verification of emergency shut-off valve.
