[Purpose/Significance]This paper studies the influencing factors of College Students'information search behavior in risk unexpected situation and compares the relationship between the influencing factors and systematic information processing mode and heuristic information processing mode.[Method/Process]The interview samples of 36 college students were collected through semi-structured interview. The relevant interview samples were coded and analyzed by Nvivo12 software, and the correlation analysis was carried out based on the coding points.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that negative emotions, information sufficiency, information subjective norms, information attention, and information access channels had an impact on the information search behavior of the respondents in risk unexpected situation. In addition, according to the correlation comparison between the influencing factors of information search behavior and information processing mode,it found that the systematic information processing mode was closely related to strong negative emotions, weak information sufficiency and diversity of information access channels. This paper put forward some suggestions from the perspective of universities and libraries to provide reference for the optimization and guidance of College Students'information search behavior in risk unexpected situation.
