摘要
[目的/意义]探索量化研究、质性研究和计算社会学在社会影响力评价中的应用,为制定合理、全面的科研成果社会影响力评价方案提供范式和方法基础。[方法/过程]收集Google Scholar、Elsevier、Emerald、CNKI、万方数据库中社会影响力评价文献,本文通过文献调研和比较分析方法对科研成果社会影响力评价涉及的评价方法、范式原则、评价方案进行综合分析和论述。[结果/结论]目前常用的科研成果社会影响力评价方法包含指标体系构建、文献计量学、案例研究与社会网络分析。在信息技术的快速发展下,科研成果评价更应聚焦社会影响、凸显人文关怀;整合多源的、可用于评价的信息;并加强质性研究在评价中的应用。在方案制定和技术实现上,应注重构建分面评价体系;建设影响力分析数据库;运用文本挖掘技术探索科研成果的广泛性社会影响。
[Purpose/Significance]This paper explores the application of quantitative research,qualitative research and computational sociology in the evaluation of societal impact,and provides a paradigm and method foundation for formulating a reasonable and comprehensive scheme of societal impact evaluation on scientific research achievements.[Method/Process]Collecting the literature on societal impact evaluation from Google Scholar,Elsevier,Emerald,CNKI and Wanfang database,this paper conducted a comprehensive analysis and discussion on societal impact's evaluation methods,paradigm principles and evaluation schemes of scientific research achievements,based on literature research and comparative analysis.[Result/Conclusion]At present,the common methods of societal impact evaluation on scientific research achievements included index system construction,bibliometrics,case study and social network analysis.With the rapid development of information technology,more attention should be paid to societal impact and humanistic care in the evaluation of scientific research achievements,to integrate multi-source data that can be used for evaluation and the application of qualitative research in evaluation should be strenthened.In terms of program formulation and technical implementation,the focas should be on①constructing the multifaceted evaluation system;②building database of societal impact analysis;③using text mining technology to explore the extensive societal impact of scientific research achievements.
