基于光谱吸收法的爆燃过程CO检测系统设计

摘要 爆燃过程响应时间短暂,对爆燃过程的检测通常需要借助高速数据采集设备。针对传统的高速数据采集系统成本高昂、便携性较差的特点,设计了一种低成本、小型化的爆燃过程中间产物检测系统。系统由STM32模块、AD9481高速数据采集模块、光学检测模块、气体爆燃装置模块组成,给出了高速数据采集系统的电路图。系统通过STM32模块驱动,基于光谱吸收法对丁烷气体爆燃瞬间中间产物CO的变化过程以200 MSa/s的采样速率进行160μs时间长度的数据采集。经实验比对,该系统采集的数据能够正确反映爆燃瞬间CO光敏信号的变化,实现了低成本、小型化的爆燃过程中间产物检测。 The response time of the deflagration process is short,and the detection of the deflagration process usually requires the help of high⁃speed data acquisition equipment.Aiming at the high cost and low portability of the traditional high⁃speed data acquisition system,a low⁃cost,miniaturized deflagration process intermediate product detection system was designed.The system consisted of STM32 module,AD9481 high⁃speed data acquisition module,optical detection module,and gas deflagration device module.This article gave circuit diagram of the high⁃speed data acquisition system.The system was driven by the STM32 module,and based on the spectral absorption method,the change process of the intermediate product CO at the moment of the deflagration of butane gas was collected for a time length of 160μs at a sampling rate of 200 MSa/s.Through experimental comparison,the da⁃ta collected by the system can accurately reflect the change of the CO photosensitive signal at the moment of deflagration,and a low⁃cost and miniaturized detection system for intermediate products in the deflagration process is realized.
