摘要
针对特高压变电站建设过程中对吊车吊臂距离探测和工频电场测量存在误差的问题,提出一种基于UWB和视觉信息融合的安全预警系统。基于UWB定位和视觉测距,进行吊车和吊臂定位,计算吊车吊臂到不同电压等级设备的距离和水平垂直方向碰撞时间,越限报警,报警信息通过局域网络传输给管控人员。装置应用到特高压交流变电站吊装作业过程中,吊车吊臂和被吊设备在作业过程中得到有效监控,提高了变电站带电设备周围吊装作业的安全。
Aiming at the problem that there are errors in crane boom distance detection and power frequency electric field measurement during the construction of UHV substation,a safety early warning system based on UWB and visual information fu⁃sion was proposed.Based on UWB positioning and visual ranging,the crane and boom were positioned,and the distance between crane boom and equipment of different voltage levels and collision time in horizontal and vertical directions were calculated.The a⁃larm information was transmitted to the control personnel through local area network.When the device was applied to the hoisting operation of UHV AC substation,the crane boom and the lifted equipment were effectively monitored in the operation process,which improves the safety of the hoisting operation around the live equipment in the substation.
