重载铁路桥梁支座病害分析及改造技术 被引量:5

摘要 对重载铁路桥梁用的平板支座、弧形支座和摇轴支座的病害情况进行调查,分析支座常见病害成因,提出了相应的支座更换方案。结果表明:列车荷载增大,石棉瓦被挤出和弧形面被压平,导致支座转动困难;养护不到位,支座锈蚀严重,导致支座不能滑动,进而造成螺栓或销轴受力超限剪断;提出了采用特殊设计的球型支座更换平板支座、用柱面支座更换弧形支座、用铰轴滑板支座更换摇轴支座的方案,并提出了支座螺栓剪断后的锚固方法,供支座更换参考。 The defects of flat bearing,arc bearing and rocker bearing used in heavy haul railway bridges were investigated,the causes of common defects of bearings were analyzed,and the corresponding bearing replacement scheme was put forward.The results show that with the increase of train load,the asbestos tile is extruded,and the arc surface of arc bearings(or rocker bearings)are flattened,which leads to the difficulty of bearing rotation.The insufficient maintenance and serious corrosion of the bearing,causing the bearing to not slide,and resulting the bolt or pin shaft to be sheared due to excessive force.The remediation schemes of using specially designed spherical bearing to replace flat bearing,cylindrical bearing to replace arc bearing,hinge shaft sliding plate bearing to replace rocker bearing are proposed,and the anchorage method after the bearing bolt is cut is put forward for reference.
