摘要
结合风眼砖与内风管的砌筑结构特点和风眼砖的损坏方式特点,对风眼砖的损耗机理进行了系统分析。分析表明,内风管的耐用性对风眼砖的使用寿命有一定的影响,内风管过早损耗加快了风眼砖的损坏,导致风眼砖未能完全发挥出其应有的耐用性。根据分析提出,采用具有高抗氧化性和耐高温性能的内风管有利于提高风眼砖的使用寿命。
The loss mechanism of firebrick at tuyere zone was analyzed systematically combining with masonry structure features of firebrick at tuyere zone and inner wind pipe,as well as the failure mode features of firebrick at tuyere zone.The analysis results show,the durability of inner wind pipe has a certain effect on life time of firebrick at tuyere zone,precocious loss of inner wind pipe can speed up the damage of firebrick at tuyere zone,therefore the firebrick at tuyere zone can not as durable as it should be.According to the analysis we can know the inner wind pipe with high anti oxidation and high temperature resistance would be benefit for increasing life time of firebrick at tuyere zone.
